Conflict Minerals Statement

Date:2025-05-20   Views:1005

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries (including but not limited to Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, the Central African Republic, etc., collectively referred to as the “Congo region”), certain mineral trades have funded armed groups for civil wars and human - rights violations.

In July 2010, the U.S. government signed the Dodd - Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Section 1502 of the Dodd - Frank Act stipulates that all companies publicly listed in the United States must disclose and report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the conflict minerals (including but not limited to tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au)) used in their products.

Here, we guarantee that all our products and their components do not use metal minerals mined from armed conflicts, illegal mining, and poor working environments in the Congo and its neighboring countries, including but not limited to tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au). Also, 100% of the metals used are not from recycled or scrap materials. In addition, we will clearly communicate your company’s policy to our supply chain, expand the scope of your policy, and require smelters or refineries in the supply chain to undergo the EICC and GeSI Conflict - Free Smelter Audit (www.conflictfreesmelter.org).
